Autograph Letter Signed to Messrs Spottiswood & Robertson, 4 pages 4to with integral address-leaf and red wax seal, Edinburgh, 7 March 1809. An interesting political letter discussing parliamentary bills and particularly that which affects the building of churches and levying of ecclesiastical revenues in Scotland.
